Website Guidelines & Terms of Use

• Only list a real business that operates in Raipur, and only if you are authorised to represent it.
• Give accurate information: name, category, address, contact details and opening hours.
• Use photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload images that belong to someone else.
• One listing per business. Duplicate or repeated listings may be removed.
• Listings are only for businesses in Raipur, and you choose your area from our list of Raipur areas. We may remove any listing that is not in Raipur.
• After you submit, we call the phone number on your listing to confirm it, and make it live within 24 hours on working days.
• Listing is free. We do not charge commission on the customers you get.
• You need a Google account to list a business. Browsing needs no account. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for what is submitted from it.
• Keywords must describe what your business really offers. Do not use competitor names or unrelated words to attract searches.
• Founder details are optional. Only add a person's name, photo and bio if you have their permission.

Some businesses pay for promoted placement. These appear in the "Promoted" section and at the top of lists, and are always marked "Sponsored". Promoted listings must follow the same guidelines, and promotion does not affect reviews or ratings.

Every new listing is reviewed by our team before it appears. We may approve, edit, reject or remove any listing or review at our discretion, especially if it breaks these guidelines, and we are not obliged to give a reason.

• Review only businesses you have genuinely dealt with, and describe your real experience.
• Be respectful. No abuse, hate speech, threats or personal attacks.
• Do not post fake reviews, reviews for your own business, or paid reviews.
• Do not include phone numbers, addresses or other private details of individuals.

• Illegal products or services, or anything that promotes fraud or scams.
• Misleading claims, impersonation of another business or person.
• Adult, hateful or violent content.
• Spam, scraping the directory in bulk, or attempts to hack, overload or disrupt the website.
• Anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you give RaipurAdCo permission to display, store and promote it on this website and in related marketing for the directory. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.

RaipurAdCo only helps you find and contact businesses. We do not sell their products or services and are not a party to any deal between you and a business. Please check details and use your own judgement before paying or committing to anything.

Listing information is provided by businesses and may change. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, RaipurAdCo is not liable for losses arising from your use of the website or from dealings with listed businesses.

RaipurAdCo is only a curator of happenings. We list events and share the organiser's link for your information. We do not own, organise or host any event, we do not sell tickets, and we do not take payments or handle any transaction. Booking, payment, refunds and any dispute are between you and the organiser, under the organiser's own terms. Event details can change, so please confirm with the organiser.

Stories and AdCo Picks are chosen by RaipurAdCo. Reels open on Instagram and belong to their creators; we do not control third-party pages. Being picked or highlighted is our choice and does not mean we guarantee a business or its products.

If you see a wrong listing, a fake review or anything that breaks these guidelines, or if you want your listing changed or removed, tell us and we will look into it.

We may update these guidelines from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the courts at Raipur.
